… But you can't fool most anytime. This poll likely triggered the Democrat rush to Biden:

Poll: Sanders Rises, But Socialism Isn't Popular With Most Americans

Asked about their impression of socialism, 28% of adults said they have a favorable view, while 58% said they had an unfavorable one.

If socialism is so unpopular with Americans, how can Sanders be on the rise in the Democratic primary? Because Democrats and, more specifically, progressives view socialism favorably. Half of Democrats said so, while more than two-thirds of progressives did.

Just 23% of independents, though, and 7% of Republicans viewed socialism favorably.

And that is exactly why if/when Biden is crowned the nominee of the DNC, what he wants to do will be compared to what Bernard wanted to do, and they will paint him a closet SOCIALIST also.

Him raising his hand to give illegals free healthcare alone is going to bury him; and he was dumb enough to do it in front of a national audience with a lot of replay tape.

All Trump has to do is navigate this current problem and NOT get blamed for it, and he is a 60-40 leader as far as winning the election.

"Progressives" have a firm grip on the party's reins and Biden will have to pander to them exposing him to a charge that he's a socialist or at least leans that way.
Yeah, the Democrat Socialist Party is between a rock and a hard place and they did it to themselves.

The Party is socialist, ergo its members are socialist. Some are merely desperate to keep the Uncle Sam mask on for political purposes.

Biden is not a moderate, he's bought into the whole left-wing agenda. When he faces Trump, that will become more obvious.

Yeah … until people learn how much that "free stuff" is gonna cost 'em. At this point anyone who still believes bigger, all-powerful central gov't is a great idea is not playing with a full deck. Any who trusts a socialist is brain-dead.

Norah O'Donnell Asks Bernie Sanders How Much Your Plan Costs
Norah - “Your agenda has promised free healthcare for everybody, free college tuition, and to pay off people’s college loans,” and asked “The price tag for that is estimated to be $60 trillion dollars over 10 years, correct?”

Bernie - “Well look, we have political opponents who come up…” Sanders began.

Norah - “You don’t know how much your plan costs?” O’Donnell interrupted.

Bernie - “You don’t know, nobody knows, this is impossible,” Sanders said

It all comes down to a nations priorities.

Some nations invest in their people with public healthcare, free higher education, modern infrastructure.

Our country prefers to invest in a military that is more powerful than the next eight nations combined.

And those you mentioned rely on the US military for protection.
