I do and I have treated them as patients. Every one has a premorbid personality disorder, trauma or emotional disturbance. Their physical development is normal their psychology is abnormal. They respond well to family therapy or psychotherapy. Hormone and surgery increases major depression suicide and homicide as we just sow in the trans who killed his family then himself. There have been 5 trans mass shooters.
"Supporting" them is form of toxic empathy because its really enabling their mental illness and act of cruelty and ignorance.
