Since it’s a state issue the SCOTUS isn’t even likely to take the case.

The uncontrolled mis-use of Mail Ballots is equivalent to putting blank stacks at the PO for pickup to be filled out and dropped in Dropbox with no ID & no SIG check. Almost what exists now.
