Trump lawyer: Trump can’t be prosecuted for shooting someone
First, let me say this with all political satire and sarcasm aside, congratulations Trumpers for getting yourselves the dictator you have always wanted...
For years and years you have projected onto the rest of us about the radical tyranny of muslim dictator Obama, the murderous regime of Bill Clinton (what is he up to now, 900 murders??) -- but yesterday, Trump's attorney went before a federal court and argued that even if President Donald Trump shot someone in the middle of Fifth Avenue, New York authorities could not punish him. In fact, if Trump decided that shooting one person wasn't enough and wanted to shoot more people, law enforcement could only stand around and watch because they do not have the authority to stop the dictator in chief.
"Attorney William Consovoy argued that New York authorities would have to wait until the president was out of office to arrest and charge him for that crime (or any crime). The DA's office argued the claim was a fabrication. Dunne (Manhattan DA) argued that there’s no presidential immunity for tax returns. “He may view them as embarrassing or sensitive but tax returns do in fact get subpoenaed all the time in financial investigations,” he said. “They’re making this up, your honor.”
Understand that Trump is making this dumb ass claim based on his obsession to keep his tax returns hidden, I wonder why he doesn't just go shoot and kill the NY prosecutors for wanting to see his tax returns, since its perfectly OK to do so, according to Trump and his sycophantic base.....but here is a question, how far are you willing to go for your worship of a person who can only be in office 8 years?? -- Or do you support him changing that too?? Would you also want a democrat president to actually have this right to shoot someone in the street? Or are you going to say the ever popular "Trump was just kidding" -- "Trump was just trolling the libs" --- Apparently that is the usual weasel excuse you Trumpers make for everything your cult leader does....With the newest "Trump's just kidding" excuse being him saying he was gonna build a wall on the border of Colorado because he is too stupid to know Colorado is not a border state..
