Xfinity Email

Does anyone here use Xfinity Email?
I havent been able to access my Email now for 3 days.
After doing a little searching I'm not the only one.
There's pages of people complaining about the same issue over the last 5 days.
The Wife doesnt have an Email account with them and she can get in but when I try my password from Her computer it does the same thing.
They have to know about it.

I've done all that.
And considering it's an ongoing problem for a lot of people it's unlikely to be an issue on my end.

Are you using Chrome?.... try another browser like Edge or something...

It's Comcast, right? Try their web portal to access email.

ever since Xfinity took over Comcast, the customers have been complaining of all kinds of problems with them. you can create an email account with Google or Yahoo instead.

i think you will have to call Customer Service to fix the problem with your email account.

ever since Xfinity took over Comcast, the customers have been complaining of all kinds of problems with them. you can create an email account with Google or Yahoo instead.

I've had this Email address for over two decades so unless i absolutely have no choice i'm not going to change it.

And get this...they sent me an Email wanting me to complete a survey about my experience with xfinity!!!

I am not their customer any more; my new house doesn't have access. But they kindly said I could continue to use their email system, and I have done so.

I had some issues a couple days ago, but they cleared up. No problems now.

This was the first time in around two decades that I've ever had a real problem with them.
There were brief issues of around a couple of hours but nothing like this. And with no explanation.
