If it is now legal to racially profile Hispanics, why won't it be OK to stop and arrest African Americans, LGBTQ, Women, Liberals, Union members, etc.?

The court did not say anyone could be arrested or detained just because of race. They did put a hold on a lower court ruling that said ICE could not use race, language and jobs as a reason to detain. They also said that people can not sue because they have been detained in the past since they have no expectation of being detained in the future.

It's NOT legal, it's unconstitutional by every definition and even though they got away with doing this for years after the passage of the Patriot Act profiling people based on any of the protected class features, such as race, ethnicity, religion, etc. was still ultimately deemed unconstitutional.
