What does this mean in bold mean to you?
ICE policy generally prohibits officers from standing in front of moving vehicles.
Hilarious how you just ignore all of my points and stick with your AI crap. Do you even understand what the word "generally" means? It means there are exceptions. Like shooting to protect yourself when some psycho-***** nearly runs you over. And her car wasn't moving, it was parked until she put it in gear and floored it. You can't even get that right.
Current Department of Homeland Security (DHS) rules mandate that agents avoid "creating unnecessary jeopardy" by placing themselves in a vehicle's path.
I already explained to you what happened since apparently you can't do it yourself from watching 30 videos on it--- the reason the officer is alive is because he was off to the left side of the car so when she pulled out and started to turn, by the time she hit him, it was only incidental contact by the corner of her car and he evaded serious injury. But of course in the moment it happened, the officer had no way of knowing how it would end. All he sees it the threat to his life.
He had crossed over to support the officer at her driver door who was directing her to step out of the vehicle.
Take your bullshit that the cop is in the wrong and responsible and not the crazed woman because he did not somehow stay 500 feet from the front of her car (is 500 feet a safe enough distance for you?) or instead didn't circle all the way around the back of the car!
No WAIT! Then she might have thrown it in reverse and floored it and still hit him, then you'd STILL blame him!
Do yourself a favor, Darling, and watch some videos of cops making arrests then tell me how many times you see police momentarily cross a car's potential forward path. The officer who shot Good was where he was maybe 2-3 seconds before she tried to flee. I get it! Cops should never confront criminals, should never carry guns, and always leave a clear and easy path for criminals to evade justice?
Yep, people are organizing riots of followers to follow ICE, block them, disrupt them, threaten and stalk them, then when one of them nearly gets run over by one of these idiots, it is STILL his fault just for being where he was supposed to be at the location where he was sent to make an investigation or arrest!
I hope some day, you provoke a cop badly then drive your car into him trying to knock him out of the way trying to escape and see what it gets you. You're obviously unreachable with common sense, logic or facts.
