This is quite true. The problem is that it doesn't make the only other accepted candidate "fit". The dual party dictatorship has provided no choice, since having to choose between two unqualified people for the single most important job ever to have existed is, essentially, only choosing to augment the overpowering control of the two parties.

The goal of the MAGA movement is to return to traditional hierarchies and gender roles. That leaves racial minorities in the dust.

The goal is to not jettison anything that was good in a reality where utopia is a pipe dream. If the newer way of living means you need higher taxes to subsidize it, then there is something wrong with it. Making improvements in relations with people of varying ways is great as progs have done. Forcing those ways especially with more flaws as the costs prove is suicidal. If destroying hetero marriage was the reason for all of this to happen then we are finished and may be forced to make some corrections in the future. Freedom is voluntary commitments or lacking that ending up with forced commitments from a dictatorship.
