• Hillary Clinton, who ran a server for the Chinese out of her closet.

• Or Jimmy Carter with a desk full of peanuts and appeasements for the Iranians.

Interesting, I remember JFK being assassinated but I was too young to vote then, but still, I liked him. I liken JFK then to about where a lot of moderate republicans are today.

Arguably I would have wanted Carter over Reagan. Now that I think about it, I probably would have voted for Carter, and Dukakis over Bush/Reagan. Carter does have a lot of issues though, so I am not enthusiastic about him, I just don't like the whole arrogant persona that the Reagan type Republicans have, and some of Reagan's policies like the War on Drugs was just disastrous.

So correction, I would have voted for Carter and Dukakis, not as enthusiastically as I would vote for JFK.

I wonder how JFK would have been judged as president if he had not been assassinated. I will give him the Cuban missile crisis thing though. Very big point in world history. Who knows what would have happened if we had allowed Russia to have nukes in Cuba? Probably not a very good timeline.
