How do you judge that who is white? Can someone who is not fully european genetically be white? Do you just go by face value or you take into account the relatives and ancestors, or you take into account genetic results? And I guess it depends on the person. Some might be more strict then others? And who decides what you are officially? The census bureau, or the immigration office once you immigrate? Can you say what you want or they correct that if it is wrong? Can I say Im black?
