Now for what is unavoidable but won't be "leaked":
The immediate reason WHY the illuminati have to administrate the KILL SHOT NOW, and that is indeed related to those Megacities.
2011: the exponential curve for the global average oil PRODUCTION costs reaches $40 a barrel.
Where are the oil reserves that could be extracted under $200 a barrel as of 2011?
MOST of them are already gone.
In other words and illustrated with a key example valid from Chicago to Berlin and Beijing: hundreds of millions living in such Megacities are still able to heat their rooms in winter solely because (and against the odds) the illuminati had to extend the psy-op "oil prices below production costs".
Why did MOST of the world's oil reserves under $200 a barrel disappear within 5 years?
Reasons include:
1. Continuation of the "oil prices under production costs" psy-op. "Low-cost operators" is the the most pathetic example (the bigger the lie the more people will believe it and the illuminati have NO plan other than the BIG BANG, catching the human cattle by surprise).
2. Drastic increase of the bombings around the world. The ultimate example, non-stop since Sep 2015: Syria (the illuminati must defeat the syrian rebels as quickly as possible and the reason is again the same: there's only one plan, the BIG BANG).

It will be a world of Robert Kaplan-esque urban hellscapes — brutal and anarchic supercities filled with gangs of youth-gone-wild, a restive underclass, criminal syndicates, and bands of malicious hackers.
At least that’s the scenario outlined in “Megacities: Urban Future, the Emerging Complexity,” a five-minute video that has been used at the Pentagon’s Joint Special Operations University.
All that stands between the coming chaos and the good people of Lagos and Dhaka (or maybe even New York City) is the U.S. Army, according to the video, which The Intercept obtained via the Freedom of Information Act.
