If you’re only worth 10 but the government insists you get paid 20 guess what you are? Unemployed is what you are. So congrats on your true worth of $0.

If you’re skilled and worth 40 an hour why would you want your company paying idiots worth 10 more than that? That eats into your potential wages. If they didn’t have to waste 10 an hour on a shit head you could be making a couple bucks more.
