So....this guy is a felon with multiple felonies...including a 39 month sentence for illegal gun possession......out of a possible 10 years.......goes out and attacks this woman, and his life of crime is ended after he beats her, ties her up and she escapes....gets her gun and kills him

The question for the anti gunners...if you had what you want...she would not have stopped this guy.....he would have gone on to victimize even more people....so...if you could, would you have taken away this woman's gun before the attack?

Are you honest enough to answer this truthfully?

Serial Felon Killed After Victim Escapes And Gets Her Gun

Serial felon Willie Franklin Stith III must have been laying in wait for the female victim to return to her apartment home from work last night around 11:00 PM in Wilmington, NC.

He forced her inside, tied her up, and you can guess what he might have had in store for her next.

She, however, had other plans.

Police say a woman shot and killed a man who broke into her home Monday night and tied her up.

Willie Franklin Stith, III, 35, was killed in the reported home invasion in the 5000 block of Hunt Club Road, off New Centre Drive, according to Wilmington Police Department spokeswoman Linda Rawley. In a news release, Rawley wrote that a woman got home from work around 11 p.m. Monday when Stith forced her inside, beat her and bound her.

The woman was able to free herself and retrieved her gun, shooting Stith once. Rawley wrote that police found Stith near the front door of the home. No charges have been filed in the incident.

Records from the N.C. Department Of Public Safety show Stith racked up more than a dozen convictions between 1998 and 2002 in New Hanover and Cumberland counties, including second-degree burglary, possession of stolen goods, larceny, breaking and entering vehicles and assault on a public official.

Stith was featured in a 2008 StarNews story about local authorities using federal sentencing guidelines to keep armed offenders off the streets. After police searched Stith’s home in 2003 and found heroin, a pistol and a shotgun, Stith pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court to possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and was sentenced to 10 years in federal prison.

Stith only served 39 months of his 10 year sentence, and was released in September of 2006.

I love a story with a happy ending.

The left will no doubt declare this "fake news." Oh, and Hillary's gonna win in a landslide!

Westwall...Westwall.....they guy was just joking....the savage beating and tying her up......that was just good natured fun with a stranger.....she should be charged and locked up longer than he was locked up for all of his felonies combined.....

More heartfelt contrition...From the NRA...

So....this guy is a felon with multiple felonies..

Whoa, hold on there bucko...Now that just can't be. You see, we passed a law that says felons cannot own a firearm and as we know, when we pass gun control laws, they're meant to work...which means the bad guys have to comply...and they do...I'm sure...really sure...I think.

Anyway, what's really important is intentions. We intend for gun control laws to prevent violence and, really, isn't that what's important? Cuz really, the results so far may not be encouraging, but we have to do something!

Okay anti gunners....I would say man up and take the poll.....but we know you are incapable of "Manning Up." So....put on your big LGBTQRSTUV pants...and take the poll.....show us how committed you are to disarming people...

I would give her the gun and then shoot the guy myself with my own gun.

Why is a multiple convicted felon allowed to be free? What ever happened to the three strikes rule? We need to keep thugs like that locked up for life. End liberal sentencing laws and make America safe again.

And of course...he was out even with illegal weapons charges as felon.....if he had been in jail for 30 years as a felon possessing an illegal weapon...this woman would not have been attacked....

Haven't you heard yet? It's society's fault because these kids didn't have the latest style in clothing and turned to a life of crime. ;)
