wonder were this will go next. no news on the security guy. he was fired. and cop took his cell phone and gun night this happened but declined to arrest him. apparently she and a friend shoplifted a bunch stuff/. and security guard tried to stop her before she left and she started spraying him with mace and shot at her. Every article says a different number of shots. he feared she get out another weapon. he claims self defense and its being investigated for over a year and half and nothing about doing anything to him. she has just died from it. So I wonder what happens next? In some cases if a security guard or cop gets pepper sprayed he can shoot in defense. I did not believe she didn't know who he was . Security guards were uniforms . She just didn't want to get caught. I suppose the store will have to pay out. Not sure if anything will; happen to the security job other then having to get a different job.

If you are resisting the commands or lawful arrest and threaten the safety of an officer, you can be shot.

I make no apologies. I would not have murdered a suspect, restrained, and on the ground controlled. Chauvin will get what he deserves.

Michael who was shot by the officer had already assaulted him and was advancing on him although ordered to stop. The man was huge. I would have shot him without a doubt.

The man who tried to rob me on the old highway found that out the hard way. Have not lost a night's sleep.
