I'm sure he would offer more of the same things he has offered in the past, but the one thing that is sure is that more people would want what he offered than what trump is offering. As of 6 weeks ago, the country's approval of trump was 37% while our approval of Obama was 55%. I haven't seen a more recent poll between them, and I'm sure those numbers might have changed some since then, but it's clear that Trump's numbers haven't risen much, if at all.
Separately, American intelligence agencies had intercepted communications of Russian officials, some of them within the Kremlin, discussing contacts with Trump associates.
