I no longer drink, but when I did, I preferred beer, if I didn't have my favorite scotch nearby.

I think I got a little "immoderate" with wine once, when I was a young adult, and it made an impression.

It`s all good, with the exception of some of the so called, Craft Beers. The craft breweries have a short life span.

I rarely drink.

Which goes better with a rare steak, Coke or Pepsi?

My love affair with US wine came to a halt after an American sommelier told me about the additives contained therein.

So l’m back on European. Nothing like a good Côtes du Rhône.

Pilsen beer or unpasteurised XXXX...........................................(it's a beer; not what you think)....I worked Quality Control in a brewery when at Uni..... Vino a good Shiraz.

But now? Port or Cognac though for thirst I don't mind a good beer.

And no; I don't add ANYTHING to my Scotch...................gotta be smooth.

ps: apart from Pilsen beers I find the flavour goes bland after a half glass.
