Mitt is not his first name. That's the name he uses as a first name. If you detect a small amount of dishonesty in that you would not be alone.
His first name is Willard - Willard Mitt Romney.

I find this insulting to the many people who's parents started calling them by their middle name and it stuck. My oldest son goes by his middle name and always has. From day one. I started that. To view my sons honesty based on something I did. In addition to that... My step-dad goes by his middle name. One of my neighbors goes by his middle name. I both cases their PARENTS choose to call them by their middle name. When you've been called by one name you're entire life, wouldn't you go by it?

Right now I want to let my mama rage out on you for this idiotic idea that it's dishonest. I'm not going to because it's not worth it.

Obama's father is a Muslim who currently has multiple wives in Africa. The Romney family may have had multiple wives 100 years ago but the Obama family still practices this today.
