Many of the people he named on his blacklist were previous members of his administration. "I hire only the best people".

What is hilarious about his rant is that none of them would ever take his phone calls again. They learned just how dangerous and stupid he is.

So his attempt to flip the script to say he won't hire them is the epitome of comedy.

The best people are running away from him, as demonstrated by his many grotesquely unqualified picks this time around.
