Will the Democrats use this loss as a lesson that will lead to internal reform?

They need to learn that courting deplorables like Cheney who voted with Trump over 90% of the time isn't going to excite your base.
I don't think Harris courted Cheney.

It's time Democrats started playing the game like Republicans do. Stop playing by the rules and get in the mud.

The Democrats went further and further to the left ever since the assassination of JFK.

Will this loss shock them to the point that they start to shift back to the center?

Key point: the Teamsters did not endorse Kamala Harris this year.

Trump won 72% of whites without college education.

What are the Democrats without the working class?

They are nowhere.

No. Leftists will double down on stupid.

I didn’t say anything about trump base. Learn to read.
I didn't say anything about Trump's base either you fuckwit. We were talking about the democratic base. Did that slip your Bingo mind already? :dunno:
I’m not gonna call you any names though, I know you are having a tough morning
I'm having a pretty good morning. Had my morning cafecito, my morning marijuana, and I'm about to watch Final Destination for this bad movie podcast while I listen to my grandson give his mom hell as she tries to get him ready for school. All in all not a bad day so far.

America has learned, which is exactly why Trump was re-elected. That is the part you don’t seem to understand.
LOL! If America had learned, Trump would be sitting in a jail cell. This is a mistake.

Trump was elected on feelings, not reality.

Watch how this plays out. Sometimes next spring Trump will brag about a great economic recovery. The reality will be that Trump will be reciting numbers created by Biden.

The markets are loving the Trump win. Imagine that. Turns out that the prospect of lowering taxes for everybody and corporations is a big hit. That and the fact that the Democrat’s crippling economic agenda won’t happen.

I will say this, the markets do best with split government. The complete sweep of all things Democrat does give Republicans quite a bit of leeway, which can be bad if they are not careful. It is FAR better than having a clean sweep Democrat as they would run roughshod over the economy and our country with that kind of power. Republicans do need to police themselves on the spending front. On the policy front, they should coalesce and wipe out every last vintage of the WOKE agenda, including many partisan and woke employees of our federal agencies.

Republicans are the pragmatic ones, not Democrats. Trump was elected DESPITE the crazy left’s emotional tantrums and TDS. I am proud that our country didn’t give in to the childish TDS lies and rants.

No, they did the same stupid shit they did during Oblama which got a crappy orange Metrosexual elected. Now we have to watch Trump grow senile in office.

Ypu're wron. The facts tell us that we have a better economy now than trump had on his best day and that inflation is where it was in 2019. So the facts do not support the general opinion of how terrible the economy is. So this vote was about feelings. There is no such thing as TDS, and what occurred last night was a bad decision by the American people who voted for Trump.

Yes, and you claimed that the Dems lost votes (ie their base) to Trump, because of Cheney.

Which shows just how out of touch you are.

So they didn't vote for her? Or they did? If they didn't, then they voted for Trump.

The lesson they will take out of this is that they weren't far left enough.

That wasn't what you said before Simp but good on you for finally catching on Struggle Bus. :itsok:
Huh? If they didn't vote for her, and stayed home, then it was a vote for Trump.

You keep thinks the left lost the House, Senate and the Oval Office because of Cheney....hahaha

That's not how voting works you dumb Simp.

Yep. Not representing the left so you can try to get the handful of Republicans who dislike Trump is a stupid strategy.

It does when there are only two choices.

So you think there was enough of the leftwingers out there, that just hated Cheney so much, they wouldn't support Harris on election day and give away their vote to Trump?

hahahaha
