All appointees serve at the pleasure of the president and lose their jobs when he leaves office - unless the incoming president asks them to stay.
I seriously doubt that will happen to one single Obozo appointee.
Guiliani and others are going to have a very comprehensive list ready on Trump's first day of office - and they probably already have a good head start.
