I never heard about such a problem. Even someone with asthma told my wife she has no problems using masks.

We saw a lots of criminal idiots (~38,000 people) demonstrating in Berlin last weekend with US-flags, Russian flags and flags of the Prussian empire (which is in most cases wrongly called "German empire"). They demonstrated against masks and were verbally also against their political oppression - But in reality were this in many cases people, who have not any problem to oppress everyone else.

The real problem in Germany is in this days now: Lots of people returned and return from holidays with a corona-2 infection. Such a demonstration is a super spreading event. No one knows, who is his neighbor in such a demonstration. No one knows who is infectious or not. It's a minimum of decency and respect to take care to keep distance from each other (about 2 yards) and to wear a mask. Also in case someone protests against this "oppression" he has to follow law and order. In the end the police had to stop all this idiots, because they were not able to listen to the arguments of the policemen and to do what the policemen said to them.

It's a chart that shows we are doing better than other countries including the UK. What you don't understand about this country is that everything here is political. These Covid numbers are complete BS because they are saying anybody that died with Covid died because of Covid which is completely false. They don't do that in many other countries.

Last month the President came to visit our state. Our Republican Governor wanted to greet him personally, so or course, he had to be tested for Covid first. He had to cancel his meeting with the President because our Governor tested positive. Later, more accurate tests were conducted and revealed the original test provided false results.

There are two kinds of tests: One is the less accurate test which provides almost immediate results. The other is a more accurate test, but it takes several days before the results can be provided. When people seek medical care, they use the less accurate tests because they need an immediate answer so they know where to place the patient, or what to do with them.

Our Governor had the advanced test done because of course, he is our Governor. However a lot of everyday citizens don't get the followup tests. They just quarantine for 14 days instead. They are counted as Covid patients and that goes on record.

You don't live here. I do. I have talked with people who work in the medical profession. As I posted earlier, I had a family member who was tested positive with very suspicious circumstances.

No, a President cannot fire a Governor in the United States. It's a pleasant formality for a Governor who is in the same party as the President to greet him. It happens all the time.

I never said that. What I am saying is that these false tests get counted as Covid cases or even Covid deaths, when Covid might not even have been a factor at all. We are not like other countries who have government ran healthcare. In your country, it doesn't matter if a patient is being treated for a broken leg or Covid. The health facility makes money either way. What Trump made a mistake on is promising money to facilities who do treat Covid patients because we do not have government healthcare, we have private healthcare, and some with no healthcare at all.

Our health facilities are like any other business. They are open to make a profit, and having more Covid cases is financially beneficial to them, even if they have to bend the rules to create such cases.

It sounds to me like his daughter is completely ignorant of politics, another anti-Trumper, or both. A US President is not a king. He is only one sector of our complicated government system. As such, he only has so much power.

What President Trump did was follow the advice from our federal health experts like Dr. Fauci, Dr. Brix, the CDC and the FDA. The President does not have a biology degree, any experience in the healthcare field, or any training thereof. So he basically left it up to others to choose the best route for handling this problem, while at the same time, trying to preserve our economy.

There was only so much President Trump could do in this situation. I know, I know, the Democrats are going to constantly lie about it and say a worldwide pandemic is the fault of a Republican President, but it's like I said earlier, everything in this country is political.
