Will Mamdani attract people to New York City or cause more to leave?

Follow the news, folks. The "free" bus idea has already been shot down. Ain't happening.

A few people will leave the City because of his victory, but they were considering it before. NOBODY will go there because he was elected.

His impact will be minimal.
