Do you know how many people have been killed by those rockets? 28. Total. From 2001 - 2014, only 28 people have been killed. Most of the rockets are intercepted by Iron Dome or fall harmlessly in the desert.

If the boy was born in West Jerusalem, he was born in Israel. If he was born in East Jerusalem, he was not.
