Then you'll need to amend the US Constitution to change that.
I'll take that as your admission that most all courts are in the big cities, which are blue, and the court personnel, politicians, jurors, etc, all come from a pool of majority democrats, tainting most all courts toward one bias.

So you believe Heard, whose defense is 'I was just reaching into the waters of the Reflecting Pool to see what it felt like.' He doesn't know what water feels like?
A reflecting pond with shit in it? Some people picked at floating debris.

stop defending it all -- the bogus arrests

IDK. For as long as I can recall it has been illegal to actually enter the reflecting pool's water. Whether or not sticking your hand in it is entering I guess will be up to the judge. BTW that thing has always been nasty nasty nasty. Repainting the lining can't fix the natural funk of it. Obama letting them connect it to the tidal basin to circulate in "fresh water" didn't do it any favors either.
get real -- and like Trump, you had to mention Obama :auiqs.jpg:

sticking ones hand in it is not entering

good gawd, people like you

You do realize most of the Counties are red?
That is where the courts are

Trump drove a motorcade through the freshly painted reflecting pool

No wonder there’s a slit in it

The only thing dumber would be driving a golf cart onto a green

Oh wait. Trump has done that too

The sad part is that our President would be just as happy to see this guy convicted and sent to jail….

Even though he knows these claims are Bullshit

Actually it made the water cheaper. Instead of the city paying to add the water they now get it from the Potomac River which is free.
Free sewage contaminated water. What a bargain!!! (and technically it is from the Washington Channel)

Back when American national law enforcement acted with intelligence, independence, professionalism and credibility, it had a very high success rate of throwing lawbreakers in jail. You certainly didn't want to be on their radar.

Today, under this ignorant, vengeful, orange buffoon, arrests and indictments only result in the flip of a coin. Maybe they made it up to please Trump, maybe they didn't. Maybe it's just about one child's revenge, maybe it isn't.

They wanted to destroy our institutions. So far, so good.
You're so brainwashed you think Trump has had that much effect on the legal system?
Your TDS is off the charts.
It must be painful to be so stupid and so afraid.

Your problem seems to be that Trump should pick a more friendly venue to commit his crimes in.

notorious American bank robber Willie Sutton. When a reporter allegedly asked him why he robbed banks, Sutton simply replied, "Because that's where the money is."

Nope. That what his lawyer said.
What his lawyer said is hearsay

Hearsay generally refers to information based on secondhand sources,
rather than personal, firsthand knowledge.

What his client told the police is testimony.
What his lawyer claims his client said, is not just hearsay, but a violation of attorney client privilege.

My point is that courts are supposed to be fair and that doesn't happen in politically charged cases (particularly concerning Trump and his supporters) in blue courts where the laws are written by the blue team and everyone connected to the courts down to including the jurors, have a left wing bias. Your side has consistently shown you don't want fairness in the courts or the media.

Just one case in point out of many:

New York changed their laws concerning the E Jean Carroll case on purpose so that she could proceed with her case against Trump, otherwise, she had no case. Then the judge wouldn't allow the case to be tried fairly, and the jury was picked out of a highly blue area with the case to be decided by the preponderance of the evidence (which there was none), meaning that if the prosecutor could prove his case 51% of 49%, then Trump is found guilty. Talk about a kangaroo court.

Cases prosecuted by the Trump Justice Dept tend to get thrown out for lack of evidence or just plain silliness

Voir Dier.

If a jury is biased, it's because the defendants lawyer didn't do his job.
