I think the New Jersey legislature is in the hands of Democrats, I could be wrong. They'll likely ask Christie to resign. They should impeach him as this rises to high crimes by using his position and political power to actually harm the people of New Jersey directly in an attempt to harm his political opponents, but hard to say if they will.
