In a court of law, and I hope she goes to jail along with Obama for pushing hard to get their money to them instantly 2 years ago, and they fired 11,000 people overnight a year after they got their grubs on all that money to prevent such a thing.

She knows what she's doing, all right. She's going for everybody else's paycheck while she cashes in plenty of middle class taxes for her little flock's personal fortunes.

So let me get this straight. Boehner brings enough votes together to actually accomplish something and because he has the audacity to work with everyone involved he faces a revolt in his own party?

He faces a revolt because he handed Obama what the right perceives as a ‘victory.’ Boehner knew he couldn’t win a battle over the payroll tax, with Obama seen as the champion of the working class and republicans working to actually increase their taxes.

Now a precedent has been established: republicans can no longer hold up needed legislation until it’s ‘paid for.’

To his credit Boehner likely realized that this tactic is a failure, after the debt ceiling/credit rating debacle, voters correctly perceive the GOP as obstructionist and not interested in addressing the needs of the Nation, only the Republican Party.

Boehners only accomplishment to date was forcing the reading of the Constitution at the opening of his first session. Beyond that, he has no legislative accomplishments. He is unable to gain a consensus in his own party let alone the Democrats. That is the primary function of Speaker and Boehner is a failure

Pelosi had one of the most impressive Congressional sessions in our generation as she passed Healthcare, the economic stimulus, financial regulations, START treaty and repealed DADT.
