WILL Democrats Follow Swiss, Potentially Follow-up A Self-Inflicted Disastrous Criss With A Solution That Doesn't Solve The Original Crisis - It Makes It Worse?

'The reason Switzerland is preparing for possible blackouts is that the country relies on imported energy during the summer months. While more than half, or 60 percent of the country’s energy comes from hydropowered means, but in the winter months productions slows and the country relies on imports.'

Sound growingly familiar, Democrats?

End energy production - import and become dependent on foreign oil from enemies, outlaw coal and natural gas, and Americans are forced to decide between paying for medicine and paying bills or staying warm / not freezing to death this winter?

There should be a 50 year GRADUAL transition plan to use more renewable energy and less fossil fuel based energy. That would coincide with projected fossil fuel reserves beginning to wane after 50 years. Instead, what we have are Libtards putting the cart before the horse, and then shooting the horse.

It would be nice to actually have the 'not yet discovered alternative / replacement energy source' with which Democrats said they would replace Fossil Fuels ...

...BEFORE any 'forced transitions'.

That would require common sense, an absence of Leftist hatred, and an overall unwavering faith in the promise of humanity.

In other words, as admirable as it is - Dead On Arrival.

Green is the new black(out). I hope those yodeling morons freeze. Every once in a while stupid solves itself. They deserve nothing less after selling out their neutrality, the only thing that made them moderately respectable.

The Swiss must have learned that trick from California.

California (newsome) says....don't charge at night (fire hazard) don't park near buildings. They know how dangerous these things are. You're insane if you buy one.

We need more nuke plants, preferably ones not built by crooked American construction companies. Limit bidding and management to French, German, and Japanese contractors.

I can't believe any of these people care if their EV plan works for you or not because all they really care about is being able to claim they are banning oil while still needing and using vast amounts of it because either way, you can be sure they will exempt themselves from your restrictions! :smoke:

EVS are a joke and actually more damaging to the planet than Combustion Engines, but then again, Klaus Schwab and George Soros don't really care about that since they are heavily invested in the Green Scam Industry.

I'd say 30 years is a reasonable goal for major cities, and 60 for other areas.

Starting with major cities you build nuclear reactors. Then you train coal plant personnel and hire reactor operators as needed and when the reactor opens you transfer employees, even the janitors keep their jobs. No one needs to lose their job. Once it's running you can demo the coal plant and build a second redundant reactor in its place or add on solar to help supplement the cities energy needs. Then spread out to smaller areas.

Nuclear has come a long long way from back in the day. It can carry us till our next energy source like large scale fusion, or when we learn to manipulate gravity is ready for prime time.

Meanwhile gas and oil stays in place until battery powered transportation can be refined to where it should be which will be 20 years or more. Then you can start that transition slowly.

But this idea we can pull the rug out from fossil fuels and just run on solar panels is impossible. It can't be done in just a couple years, especially with the infancy the industry is in now.

No it doesn't and stop your nonsense...

Ever been to fucking Switzerland, I have and worked there for 8 months thru a Winter...

If you think Switzerland is anything like US, you are as stupid as you sound...

Could we leave this thread where it belongs, in the dumpster...

No one is saying is a full transition in the morning but look at Denmark, they are now 57% of power from wind alone... they are reduced burning fossil to one third in 10 years...
That gives Denmark a lot of independence in a short spell of time, it also made them the world leaders in wind power too...

They have just announce a huge off shore wind farm with the idea to export power, it is a part of their economic plan for the country. They are kicking themselves they didn't do it years earlier as this war would make them a killing..

Energy power has increase across Europe that they are now capping the price they are paying for wind and solar and not gas... Effectively Governments are putting in benefits for Gas over Renewables (it is for this winter and maybe next, then the hammer will come down on them...)... Gas will be moved to being the back up, there is talk of using dams as just large batteries...

NBC News suggested the attack could be related to drag queen story hour
Gay people be hitting gay people in the heads with hammers and gay people shooting up gay night clubs.
Now we have gay people shooting up electrical substations to protest gay drag queen shows.

What's the world coming to when you got gays hating gays?

Gay hammers don't hammer gay people.
Gay people hammer gay people

They are shutting down farms over there because of the Looney Left's war on Nitrogen so what does it matter is they starve to death this winter or freeze?
