Will a court ruling against Trumps use of the Guard lead to a declaration of martial law?

Still, he felt it was "ironic" because Trump did not call in the National Guard during the January 6, 2021, riot at the U.S. Capitol building, when protests from his supporters over the 2020 presidential election results grew violent.
Call the Guard in for people touring their Capitol while protesting? No graffiti, just a few broken windows.

There is a growing insurgent faction of militant racist Mexicans who reject the treaty of Guadalupe Hildalgo, which ended the Mexican-American war in 1848. In that treaty, Mexico ceded much of their claimed northern territory to the United States in exchange for $15 million.

The LWNJ moonbats are flying Mexican flags in America because they ascribe to the bizarre, KGB originated, conspiracy theory that America stole the land.

Why not cut to the chase and make the declaration? We all know where this is going. Lets face it people, it’s time to admit that we are at war with Mexico’s people….Mexico’s people have fully infiltrated and while they may not be armed soldiers they have the same ideals as armed soldiers…They want to take our nation and they are…passively and slowly but surely.

I say we kick Mexico's ass and take more of their land.

A foreign invasion force is RIOTING, LOOTING and BURNING a U.S. city. Attacking federal law enforcement. Threatening the national guard and surrounding federal buildings.

The F'ing Mexicans are going to F around and find out soon!

In related news, it's clear Democrats never had any intention of respecting the outcome of the election or the will of the people if they lost. They RAN TO THE COURTS to wage an insurrection.
