Seems to me if he had just stopped at the first road block, kept his hands on the steering wheel, and had been cooperative with the police he wouldn't have had a problem. You know the very thing BLM is being told to do when they are pulled over.

There does not need to be a firearm on his body. He was told to keep his hands up and he had to do that. Dropping his hands to his waist is provocation that justifies shooting him down in self defense and HE KNEW THAT.

No, dumbass. He was shot and he reached for the entry and exit wounds, one at his hip, one under his arm in the rib area. I saw the autopsy.

The feds lied, and called the other occupants of the car liars, when they said that the car was being fired on upon approach both times. They called them liars when they said Ryan Bundy was also shot. They lied right upnto the time that the shell casings were discovered and they were caught not only lying as individuals, but concocting a story together to hide what they did.

Currently Ryan has a bullet in him. The.marshals keep making up stories.and dragging him out of his cell in order to try to get him intonsurgery to remove it.
