But he withdrew all the troops according to the agreement. Further withdrawal from 8600 to 2500 were ordered after the 135 days were over too? Are you going to say he didn't agree to either set of withdrawals
The Truce was the only part of the Accords left beside removing the final 2500 troops. Trump gave it all away and Biden was not going to sacrifice hundreds more troops to death and dismemberment from combat to fix what Trump had obviously fucked up.
Trump claims they were declassified......so there's that........Biden had no clue.

According to the Doha Accord the peace talks were to start before any troops were withdrawn. Biden was not the president then. He would have had to redeploy tens of thousands of fresh bodies to force compliance that should have taken place a year before.
Why do you keep arguing a losing debate.
Biden's actions will be investigated, not Trumps.

Perhaps you have the answer. Why did Trump remove so many troops and abandon 5 bases, considering the Taliban didn't comply with hardly any condition of the so called conditional withdrawal? Did he do it on purpose to hamstring the Military and the incoming CiC?

"In the fall of 2020 my analysis was that an accelerated withdrawal without meeting specific and necessary conditions risks losing the substantial gains made in Afghanistan, damaging US worldwide credibility, and could precipitate a general collapse of the ANSF and the Afghan government resulting in a complete Taliban takeover or general civil war."
Long before Biden became CiC.
