A word of caution. Brady material has to be disclosed to the defense so they can make proper use of the exculpatory information for the accused. But the grand jury doesn’t include any right of a defendant to cross examine any prosecution witness. So it doesn’t appear to be the law that such disclosure to the defense is required at the grand jury stage.

Also, if such information is already known to defense counsel, it doesn’t have to be disclosed by a prosecutor anyway. And it doesn’t matter in the grand jury where a defendant can’t make use of it anyway in most cases.
