Nursing is not respected as a profession the way it used to be in the U.K. This is because instead of continuing to train our own nurses, the Labour Party decided to import from here, there and everywhere. You are an idiot. The Tories abolished the bursaries for training nurses and then implemented 7 straight years of pay cuts.Oddly enough the number of home grown nurses dropped.
Without nurses and doctors coming in from overseas,which has happened under all governments, there would not be enough people to run the NHS.
Your lies about their competence are just the usual racist crap.

Of course this isnt an accident.Its part of the tory/ukip plan to sell off the nhs.

When I first started doing end stage rehab Washington state would give Europe's lpns a waiver and they could go right to work. About 20 years ago your standards had become so shoddy they must now test first. Unless the work on a military base.

Which is why base care and VA care is often worse then clinics. Most base care as nd VA care is done by folks who barely can speak English. Ask a vet and they will tell you.
