They make up reasons but the basic one is this. He hasn't passed any large laws. That's how the left judges success, passing laws. While those rules do carry the force of law, revoking them is not "passing laws" All that he has accomplished-if you can call it an accomplishment- is to weaken environmental protection, get workers rights, and undermine LGBT protections among other things. You support that shit?? Proud of yourself?
