I don’t know where you live, but it certainly isn’t the Southwest. We have Spanish and Mexican influences in our language and food, but our culture is diametrically opposite to Mexico’s. Mexico is a kleptocracy run by a handful of oligarchs, accepts a level of corruption at every level that is almost impossible to believe and is amazingly poor. If you get stopped by a cop, you slip him a few pesos as a “ fine” and off you go, want cable TV or electrical installed, you have to bribe the installer.

I don't think we should annex Mexico but we should certainly annex all of those places, mostly in Central America, with thug governments causing their citizens to flee to the US in caravans. We would be doing those people a favor by brining the US to them instead of them having to come here.
