During eight years of President Obama, Republicans screamed that we needed a Balanced Budget Amendment.

Now that they control the courts and three branches of government, they never mention it anymore

The new fiscal year starts on Sunday.....where is that balanced budget Republicans promised us?

Your right. Fund the military and shut everything else down.

No one will notice.

Why don't Republicans do it?

It is Oct 1 2017

because the old rule holds true. The Democrats are the Bullshit Party, and Republicans continue to be the Stupid Party.

I seem to recall a couple of Republicans submitting a balanced budget bill a few days after the apprentice assumed the throne.

Aren't they raising the debt ceiling? Repubs have owned the purse strings for years...

Trump wouldn't sign off on it

Our "leaders" need to be able to spend like a 16-year girl with daddy's Gold Card to get campaign contributions.

We can't take away their #1 priority.
Look, man. Those other Congress critters spend too much on PORK, but my guy brings home the BACON.

Congress has single digit approval, and a 98 percent re-election rate.

Go figure.

$20 trillion in debt and the Republican solution is to build a wall

It's those damned Mexicans, man. They stole that $20 trillion in hubcaps. And all we got in trade was a bunch of dope and legitimately raped white women who can't get pregnant with anchor babies.

What do you mean I should look in the mirror for the cause of America's problems?

So, Republicans have just passed their budget through the House and it has close to a trillion dollar deficit

What ever happened to that Balanced Budget Amendment?

Come on Republicans....fess up

You only wanted that Balanced Budget Amendment to apply to Obama
