Pride celebrations aren't, really, about pride. They're mostly saying that a given group of people have no reason to feel shame for their identity. Usually this is in response to bigotry suggesting that they should.

The ideal isn't to have "pride" celebrations for every conceivable identity group. The ideal is for there to be no need for "pride" celebrations.
