Why Isn't Pam Bondi Prosecuting J6 Swamp Creature Cassidy Hutchinson, Not Pardoned, for Lying to Congress About Trump "Grabbing" for Steering Wheel?

Oops Pedo Joe forgot one. Or is she some sort of behind the scenes kingpin they all hate and wanted to leave twisting in the wind? There is no doubt this is some sort of Eyes Wide Shut satanic club. Cassidy is f*cked because she has been directly called a liar by Secret Service agents who were in the presidential limo on J6 who say she is full of sh*t. As well as the person she attributes the hearsay testimony too, White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations Anthony Ornato.

Hutchinson is the one who said to the J6 Committee that Trump reached forward and grabbed for the steering wheel of the limo when the driver said he would not take him to the Capitol to calm down the rioters. Ridiculous on its face because that limo is huge inside and Trump does not have an arm that is six feet long.

We know Liz Cheney illegally destroyed the testimony transcripts, but we can always call them to the stand again.

This is open and shut. If Pam Bondi does not prosecute this unpardoned swamp creature for lying to Congress, then we know for sure she is Deep State too and part of the problem, like a lot of people are already saying since here we are three months in and still no one has been arrested or perp walked. Calls for her to resign will be justified. It would be an important case because it would send the message to not rest too comfortably if you are going to participate in a monstrous "insurrection" lie that ends up putting peacefully protesting Americans (most were) in jail. Five of them killed themselves.

The Hill:

“It’s also interesting, I think, to look at those he didn’t pardon,” [Congressman Barry Loudermilk] added, mentioning star Jan. 6 select committee witness Cassidy Hutchinson."

The Hill:
"House GOP report debunks ex-Trump aide Cassidy Hutchinson’s testimony on ex-prez trying to wrangle SUV to Jan. 6 panel"

"Hutchinson, who at the time was an aide to former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, testified to the select committee that she was told Trump had shouted: “I’m the f—ing president! Take me up to the Capitol now!” before he tried to grab the steering wheel from the driver in a desperate effort to join his supporters marching towards the Capitol.

Loudermilk’s report notes that Hutchinson’s testimony was “directly refuted” by White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations Anthony Ornato – the man who according to Hutchinson, told her the anecdote – and the Secret Service agent driving the SUV.

“Ornato testified that the first time he had ever heard the story Hutchinson claims Ornato told her on January 6, was during Hutchinson’s public testimony,” the oversight subcommittee report states.

“Hutchinson’s testimony was also contradicted by the [Secret Service] agent who was with President Trump on January 6,” the subcommittee found, which notes that “Hutchinson’s accusation came up only after the Secret Service agent’s attorney proactively brought up the subject” to select committee investigators.

Hutchinson’s testimony was debunked by several witnesses, including the driver of the Secret Service SUV.

“The driver testified that he specifically refuted the version of events as recounted by Hutchinson,” according to the report. “The driver of the SUV testified that he ‘did not see him reach [redacted]. [President Trump] never grabbed the steering wheel. I didn’t see him, you know, lunge to try to get into the front seat at all.’”

The select committee “hid the driver’s full testimony and only favorably mentioned his testimony in its Final Report, it did not release the full transcript,” Loudermilk’s committee determined. "

The Guardian:
“The testimony of … four White House employees directly contradicts claims made by Cassidy Hutchinson and by the select committee in the final report,” read the report by the House administration subcommittee on oversight, which searched for alleged bias or malpractice in the January 6 investigation.

“None of the White House employees corroborated Hutchinson’s sensational story about President Trump lunging for the steering wheel of the Beast,” the report said, referring to the colloquial name for cars that carry the president."

Bondi does what she is told.

You’ve never believed anything that you’ve ever heard is negative about Trump even though everything you’ve been told has turned out to be true.
I do as juries do, presume a party accused is innocent.

The story never made a bit of sense. She created fiction.
Sure it does
Trump promised he’d be there with them
Trump gets in the beast and is told NO

Trump doesn’t like being told NO

Trump throws a fit.

Makes perfect sense.

So why was trump not at the Capitol after promising he’d be there?

Why can't anyone testify to what you said?

Even Newsweek could not find such evidence?

I don’t happen to believe Hutchinson.

But all she said was that she “had HEARD” that story. If she did hear it from someone, then her testimony wasn’t false. She merely repeated something she was told. Whether that “something” was itself false isn’t material.

And she has no duty or burden to share her source. Instead, if she were to get prosecuted, it would be the prosecution who has the burden of proving that she had NOT heard that story.

A non starter.

Most conservatives want our AG to do something significant regarding the criminal behaviors of the Biden Administration. But that also means we shouldn’t want the AG to waste time and money on prosecuting stuff like the Hutchinson hearsay.

I want her to focus like a laser on things like the criminal behavior of the unselect committee. And I want her to prosecute criminals like Fauci and Brennan.

That ought to keep the prosecutors plenty busy enough.
