Why is Washington DC so violent?

"7News cameras capture brawl, chairs thrown inside Navy Yard Chipotle

WASHINGTON (7News) — 7News' cameras were rolling as an all-out brawl took place inside the Navy Yard Chipotle on 1st St., SE, Saturday night, with chairs being thrown and used as weapons.

A spokesperson with the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) said they are aware of this incident and are investigating.

Ken Ledet, who lives in the Navy Yard, told 7News he has seen chaotic scenes like this in recent months.

“It’s not shocking anymore, since this has become routine on Saturdays and Friday nights, but it’s disappointing to know this is still happening," Ledet said. “I actually come to this Chipotle at least three or four times a week, so thankfully I didn’t come here last night."

This is the nation's capital. It has become a national embarrassment.

Actually it’s calmed there , its places like Newport News and Virginia Beach & Baltimore that are Lord of the Flies now

Black 'culture' curated by the Democrat Party. Blacks that don't buy into the Democrat plantation don't do this shit.

Do you have anything that says that has changed since 2011?
I wasn’t the one presenting information from 15 years ago. But…I will say that I found this interesting.
“According to the U.S. Census Bureau, 18.2 million children, 1 in 4, live without a biological, step, or adoptive father in the home.*

That’s enough children to fill New York City twice or Los Angeles four times over.

Research shows that a father's absence affects children in numerous unfortunate ways,
while a father's presence makes a positive difference in the lives of both children and mothers”

Well they did drive the jackalope herds to the Central US. Thankfully we have chupacabras here that keep them in check. People call them goatsuckers, not realizing all the good that they do.

'Save The Jackalope Now!'

Over half of black women giving birth since 1990 cannot identify the father
That has actually changed in GA....
DNA testing for paternity is a requirement currently. 40%of the named fathers were not actually the fathers of the babies.....I'll give you a few guesses as to who was lying but I doubt you will need two of the three guesses.

Based on what? Your opinion.
I am not sure about them no knowing the father but
The Actual Out-of-Wedlock Rate: According to the Brookings Institution and the U.S. Census Bureau, nonmarital birth rates for Black women peaked at roughly 64-68% around 1990.

I found this very interesting as well..
“Since 1970, out-of-wedlock birth rates have soared. In 1965, 24 percent of black infants and 3.1 percent of white infants were born to single mothers. By 1990 the rates had risen to 64 percent for black infants, 18 percent for whites. Every year about one million more children are born into fatherless families. If we have learned any policy lesson well over the past 25 years, it is that for children living in single-parent homes, the odds of living in poverty are great. The policy implications of the increase in out-of-wedlock births are staggering”

Ok, but how do you know that it is different today?

Just because they are not married doesn't mean the father is not a part of the child's life.
