He already stated last time, the judges wouldn't allow him, there was nothing they didn't already know and inform of (which is what I stated before he clarified), and hence giving The Brits time to handle Prince Andrew (another point I discussed), perhaps once they didn't have to protect Andrew and the Judge got everyone's permission and notified what the feds what they could release, it's now a matter of timing for best exposure leading into mid terms, as there's a window on people's attention span and level of concern.
In other words, it's less potent months after the news cycle, if it doesn't linger into voting season it's wasted gold.

Meh, I wouldn't be so sure about that. Redistricting is risky if a large swath of people dumb enough to vote for you realize what a mistake they made.

Sure, you can get rid of those all minority districts, but that just makes the "White" districts you create more likely to be swing districts.

But the real problem. When the economy goes into the shitter, all the stupid people who voted for Trump in 2024 because Harris had an annoying laugh are going to be looking to take their wrath out on someone.

Democrats' problem is that the Fed is lowering interest rates, so the economy is fine, you can keep hoping for a recession, but its not going to happen, especially if/when the $20T of new plant construction, and new powerplant construction starts, and the tax cuts kick in, no tax on tips, OT, or SS means more spending.
