Why is this NFL draft weak on defense ??

Not seeing any high level D players that are worthy of a Top 10 pick ?

We know that over the years the offense has been given many more avenues to score points because of rule changes penalizing the defense. That has to be part of it. If the rules were the same as 30 years ago or more I wonder if the draft would be a bit different.
