He won in the suburbs, bigger than Hillary as a percentage, but not the cities themselves....Trump picked up some in cities.....as a percentage of vote.

First of all, you have no idea what the rioters were thinking and there is 0 evidence that Trump told them to do that. If you want to indict Trump for inciting then you must also indict Democrat leadership for constantly telling folks to fight against Trump. You must also indict them for the summer riots which they lied about and said they were peaceful protests.
