Now, all that said, I am for parameters. Such as you can't be treated as your identified sex unless you've been declared as such by a shrink and have been living as your identified sex for at least a year. That would keep the creeps out of the locker rooms, to be sure.

There also has to be a bit of common sense applied. Teachers should be able to tell who is sincerely transgender vs. the teen boy who wants to get into the locker room to see some boobies.
