I'm going to show you why I am a better man than you. My last union job was with a company that had a town contract to haul incinerator ash out of state. Because our (barn), address was located in a majority black community my company was forced to hire based on race. For every white hired, a black had to be next and visa versa. When I got a call from a black friend that they were hiring, I qualified for the job because I am white. I'm no fool, I took the job but was totally embarrassed about the way if got it. Unlike you I don't want to be valued because of my race. Most qualified gets the job.

Are you purposely ignorant? Whites have hired whites because of race. Until 1965, it was openly practiced. It is still practiced now. Those rules were made to make whites stop hiring only whites because of race. Those rules ensured merit. Whites like you don't want merit, nor do you wnt the most qualified. White does not alway mean most qualified.
