But i have very little to no experience with blacks i dont know if they are racist or in which way
The only thing i can say out of personal experience is that the blacks here are friendlier to white people then to me and my mum

African Americans have had ample opportunities for greatness beyond sports and entertainment. They have found niches in media, politics, etc. without greatness for most and politics and related used as the driving force. We need the Elon Musk types that create, invent have vision and employ many. So, the answer must be racism. Police, corrections, Firefighting, Military, Spy agencies, etc. find some good people in them. So, we do not get the reality of any field with DEI in it that weakens our society. And it is weakened now. Our infrastructure in industry, science, military, etc. is now huge in costs to procure, to build and is overpriced along with way behind the time expected to be used. To many people on the take and using the system for their benefit of all cultures and communism coming in to permanently jackboot us all into that system. The nation's survival is at stake now and we keep this hate game people like you promote going.
