They are excellent at some things. Spending their most formative years in front of computers makes them able to learn abstractions like icons and symbols in systems very easily. It also encourages them to explore subjects they enjoy on their own. So I've noticed that many end up being little experts at niche subjects at a very young age. Like dinosaurs or trees or whatever. They handle multiple information streams like champs.

But all that comes with a down side too. Too much unmanaged screen time has had negative effects. They don't have to learn facts because they are at their fingertips. So they are not encoded into memory like they would be if they had to put more effort into it. So they often don't have the background knowledge needed to develop adequate critical thinking skills to make logical conclusions. And things like short form video streaming apps are cutting attention spans and concentration skills.

Why are these kids so stupid?

Probably because the standards have been relaxed so much by the left that they just don't know anything.

Most kids under 26 don't even know what a communist is.
It's no surprise that they have no problem with people who openly claim to be communists running for office.
Communism is the most destructive thing on the planet next to Islam.

Throw in foreign influence and efforts primarily from China as they steal your industries and you have a clearer idea.
