Oh, yes, and here is the opinion of one of the top Constitutional lawyers who has argued 15 cases placed before the Supreme Court and knows not only Constitutional law quite well, but also shows why this present Congress is usurping its powers by issuing subpoenas that are neither constitutional nor warranted without a specific legislative purpose! That lacks probity due to absent proof that may lie in geological strata several miles deep. For all we know, human life started in this hemisphere and spread west over the Bering Strait. Pardon my sardonic attitude, but you cannot prove who went which way by land or sea based on flakey evidence that changes every ten years when something carbon-dates further back than any known alleged final evidence. In fact, our oldest human-existence evidence so far only goes back 2.2 million years ago. All that proves is that ashes to ashes and dust to dust is where we start and end, nothing more. Fortunately, the earth has places where the strata of geological evidence is superficial to less than a quarter of time since this planet was created out of a void:
