Healthcare insurance premium caps are a completely useless idea, as healthcare costs would keep climbing.

It's like suggesting we cap the cost of bread without capping the cost of flower and eggs. Then what you have, in the end, is no bread.

I.E., no insurance, in this example.

Any cost controls must target Healthcare goods and services.
