Bush did put him on trial, Obama stopped it and claimed he would be tried in Federal Court. That didn't work out either.

First off..this should never have been made into a conventional war. That was a monumental **** up of the Bush administration. In no way does Al Qaeda even equate to Germany or Japan.

Secondly..in another monumental **** up..the Bush administration tortured the crap out of this guy. They broke geneva protocols and our own laws. What they did was Unconstitutional as well.
