First, judges don't "hear" the evidence, they read the evidence in the pleadings. They read the complaint, the answer and motions. The problem was Trumps lawyers like Giuliani told the judge their lawsuit wasn't a voter fraud case. And their affidavits were filled with speculation and conjecture.
