LONDON, March 18 (Reuters) - An independent Russian vote monitoring group said on Monday that the presidential election that Vladimir Putin won in a landslide with nearly 90% of the vote was the most fraudulent and corrupt in the country's history.

Golos (Voice) said the three-day election that ended on Sunday could not be considered genuine because "the campaign took place in a situation where the fundamental articles of the Russian Constitution, guaranteeing political rights and freedoms, were essentially not in effect".

Why doesn't trump say anything about the Russian election being a sham? Or his ally Putin having Navalny and other opposition leaders killed or poisoned? Or mention the war crimes committed in Ukraine by Russia?

Doesnt he have like an 80% approval rating?
Those russians love their dictators. Hell, Stalin is still sitting at 75% approval rating, and he probably killed the respondents grandparents lol

How would telling Putin what you suggest help to mend fences between the USA and the Russian Federation?

The idea is to promote peace, not to trash talk the people you are trying to get along with.

This is DIPLOMACY, not a professional wrestling confrontation.

Trump isn't going to point out that Macron looks like a homo or the King of Saudi Arabia has carnal knowledge of camels either.

I guess the question is, What would it benefit the United States of America if our Beloved President publicly stated that, for example, Putin is a "dictator," or Russia started the war?

No benefit whatsoever.

Now let's ask whether there is any benefit to stating publicly that President Zelensky is a "dictator."

Maybe.

Maybe that inflammatory comment will remind President Zelensky that his behavior as President is not pristine. He has silenced his critics, suppressed religion, engaged in forced conscription, cancelled elections, and other things that might be justifiable, but might not.

This is what Zelensky is doing to the civilians of Ukraine.

It's not like Russia is such a danger that Ukrainians are rising up to fight. In many cases Zelensky is commanding Ukrainians who consider themselves ethnically Russian, to go fight what to them are countrymen.

Because like Putin, Trump believes might makes right, Trump and Putin are both criminals who seek to make the world safe for fellow despots and dictators.

Trump admires Putin, Putin’s corruption and criminality – winning and staying in power through fraud, corruption, and intimidation.

How would it further the peace process for Trump to call Putin a dictator? You don't know the strategy. Trump is many steps ahead of you.

Virtue signaling BS.

UK’s 3 billion pounds will go right to the Ukraine oligarchs.

This is not a war as much as it is a scheme.

For the 100th time, this war was over March 2022. Biden and Boris stopped the peace.

UK and US want to weaken Russia by sacrificing Ukraine.

It is disgusting.

You're right about the approval ratings of both, about whom Stalin killed though - I'm glad at least you didn't say it was 100mil and that's an improvement 😉

Russia did have an election (even if it was corrupt). Ukraine not so much.
And the material difference is...........................?

Once again I ask, why doesn't trump call his friend Putin a dictator?
